Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

What’s your returns policy?

Returned products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be in a re saleable condition.

We do not accept any ‘change of mind’ returns for opened
products, and realize that not everyone’s taste is the same. For this
reason, please choose carefully.

If a product has been supplied incorrectly by Natural Wellness OR which
are deemed to be damaged/faulty and unfit for use, a return can be
organised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges
for reasons outside of an incorrectly supplied product OR a product
which is deemed to be damaged/faulty and unfit for use. We strongly
recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your
item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days
from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. We will
notify you by email when your return has been received and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If we have made the mistake, or the shipping carrier has broken something contact us immediately to organise you a replacement.

For any orders that claim to have missing products, we will conduct a
full investigation.  If we are found to be liable you will be sent
replacement products.

In the event of a refund that is not due to the fault of  Natural Wellness, the following will occur.

– 15% of the cost of the goods will be deducted from the refund due to our transaction costs.

– Shipping costs are ineligible for a refund.

– Return shipping with tracking is paid by the customer.

– In the instance of an order with free shipping (or discounted express shipping), an extra $10.50 will be deducted from the refund

At the chance of a Parcel being stolen we will not refund that order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@natural-wellness.co.

Shipping returns

A return address will be provided to you once you lodge a return item request by emailing us at info@natural-wellness.co.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
